Clients appreciate that we offer our services on a flat-fee basis, not as a percentage of a campaign goal or a contingency on the portion of gifts received. Professional fees typically cover Whitestone’s consulting services on- and off-site, as well as routine research, office copying, communications, and office staffing. We keep our professional fees and expenses competitive through tight controls on overhead costs and by using proven, reliable affiliates for support services.

Reimbursable expenses include mileage, lodging, meals, surface transportation, and airfare that are specified in our contract for services.

If at any time you wish to end your contract with us on thirty days written notice for any reason whatsoever, you are obligated to pay only our professional fees and any reimbursable expenses incurred up to the effective date of termination of our engagement with you.
